I’ve mentioned in a few posts that we are trying to test out some new recipes. We’ve landed in a rut with our “usuals” and are making a conscious effort to break out of it! This week I’m trying a new, yet easy, recipe I adapted from the Better Homes and Gardens Cook Book. (The original recipe calls for Orange Roughy).
I went shopping at my favorite grocery store: Wegmans. Oh, how I love Wegmans! One of my favorite things there? The double decker and TWO seat cart! I love it! Ahhh… it’s a beautiful thing to a mom with two small children! This morning I was able to go to Wegmans kid-free. On a Sunday that is more than a gift, it’s a blessing!
Our meal, after the fish was thawed out, was as simple to make as the recipe led me to believe. It took a bit longer because I had doubled the recipe, but it was still an easy meal to prepare.
You can check out my Google+ album for more pictures from my shopping adventure at Wegmans.
